I read the instructions above:
Description
When copying my UV-82 configuration, my transmit power (TXP - F-3) is normally set to high, but becomes low on the BTECH-5001.
When I export, there is no Power column in the CSV, but I can add a Power column and populate it with High and it will import it correctly.
Everything else seems to work fine.

- Chirp Version changed from 0.4.0 to daily
Chirp CSV only contains a subset of radio functionalities, and power is not part of it.
If you want to read and write all settings, then you need to save an image, don't use export of CSV.
Downside is that an image can go only on radios with identical firmware versions.
