CHIRP

I don' t know if a hit a bug or if I am not doing something correctly.

I am running Chirp on a Win7 Acer 7450.
I am trying to download to a Wouxun KG-UVD1P using the Wouxun supplied cable.

I can download files to Chirp already in the radio created with the Wouxun supplied software.
I can edit, save, and re-upload files, using Chirp.
I can also manually create, and upload Chirp img files.

I use ARRL Travel Plus to generate a tpe file and
then import the tpe file to Chirp. First do any edits that I want.

Then when I try to upload the file to the radio, the "upload to radio" line is grayed out.
I cannot load the file to the radio.

I also cannot save the file as a img file. Chirp will only allow me to save it as a csv file.

What do I do?
