I knew Windows 2000 is antique but hoping CHIRP support.
"chirpw.exe" halts and content of error report file :
the "chirpw.exe" notepad file with these

Both installer and zip version tried.
As my radio is Baofeng UV-5R,
is there any alternative to use old version with
UV-5R support or any ways to solve this issue?
