Description
Busy channel lockout appears to be a feature of many of the supported radios, but is not a configurable parameter within Chirp.
For the Wouxun radios, wouxun.py defines bcl in the struct & also sets it to "no" in the set_memory function -- without anywhere the user can override this forced default.
What is required to support this feature? It seems that the driver/translator for the radio supports it but it would need to be added as a feature of the wider software & import/export routines?

I can easily add BCL into the detail memory editor, if you think it's a good solution.

I would be very happy with any method I could use to set BCL & not have it overwritten on further edits.
I noticed another post on a forum about BCL not currently being supported in chirp - so I'm not the only one! Though I think it likely far too many people don't use BCL even when communicating with CTCSS or similar :-/.
Much appreciated if this isn't a time consuming change. I'm familiar with python dev, but won't take the time to get up to speed on your architecture if it is a relatively straight forward one for you.

I sent the patch the developer list and it will be included in next days daily build.
If you are familiar with python you can apply the patch to your installation to test it while waiting for it to be included in next releases.
