Description
While using the Orca screen reader, the settings tab isn't very accessible. The items after the tree view do not have accessible labels for combo boxes, check boxes, buttons, or text boxes. Also, the tree seams to only respond to mouse events. The only way to interact with the tree with the keyboard is to left click using Orca's flat review function. The items after the tree should refresh automatically after pressing either the up or down arrow keys.
