Description
After logging in and connecting my Baofeng BF-F8HP, I am unable to locate the radio menu. I downloaded the software for Chirp. Is there another step I am missing?

Actually, I did use every possible resource on the site. It gave me nothing and only lead me in circles. There was a step missing and the site didn't show it. I tried "how to" and got nowhere. I know it's free and I do appreciate your efforts. I have donated in the past and plan to do so again but find it hard if the site fights me on instructions.

I downloaded the Chirp software as indicated. After the download I created an account. When I got to this point, I read that to start programing I needed to go to the "radio" menu and click. I was unable to locate the "radio" button at any point on the site. I am certain I am missing a step but can not find out where or how. I believe I looked at all the sources on the site including any that referred to help. I accept that I am not tech savvy but usually can find my way through most common steps.

Mike, the login to this site is only for reporting bugs - it has nothing to do with using CHIRP to program your radio. You do not need (and cannot use) an account on this site in the process of programming your radio. I'm a bit confused about what you're describing, but it sounds like you're looking for a "Radio Menu" on this website. You can't find it because it's not here - it's in the software you downloaded.
It sounds like you already downloaded CHIRP, so you need to install that and run it. It's a desktop application, not a web site or web application.
Either way, it sounds like this is indeed a usage question so I'll direct you to the mailing list or maybe a local ham group to help you if you need help installing and running desktop computer software.
Good luck!
