"Error reading data from radio: not the amount of data we want"

I see in the radios display that it shows the little computer that which I assume is the connection notification for connection interface. I did do a google search and found a couple of posts on the "issues" ticket forum from 6 or more years ago but nothing current.

**UPDATE- I was DL - debug note and went ahead and DL'ed from the radio- I clicked the Radio DL process roughly 10-12 times and it finally wrote to CHIRP. So my new question is why did it finally work or would someone be able to translate the D-bug to me if that is where the answer is. Kind regards
