CHIRP

I have tried download the radio in the Chirps, by selecting the radio model and make and the correct coms port.
The radio is turned on and on a blank channel selected.

As soon as I click the download the light flashes and then the radio turns it self off and then back on again.

I then get an error message saying "failed to clone" Unknown response from radio.

I have changed the driver version to a later one and I have check that the cable is fully inserted in the port.

I have rpeated the steps over and over again and i get the same issue, radio turns of and on and then the same error message.
