Description
When importing (syncing) from Yaesu VX-3R, it does not import the memory banks. All the channels are imported correctly, but without any banks.

Looks like banks were never completely implemented in VX-3. This should now be fixed in daily builds.

There is a minor issue still open if banks have never been used before, will track separately on Bug #1203.
