CHIRP

I can sucessfully read and write memories to the radio. However, when I click the settings tab I get an error.

Steps to repo:

1. Connect to the D700
2. Memories start to populate live
3. When the memories are fully loaded, click the settings tab
4. Observe the error message after an attempt to read from the radio

Expected: Settings are downloaded from the radio and displayed on the settings tab
