Description
The Display Mode (B) will not work regardless of what is selected, "Channel, Frequency, Name". Display Mode (A) is working normal regardless of what is selected. Radio has been factory reset numerous times and uploaded but still does not work.

Sounds like a hardware issue. What happens when you change it using the radio's menu?
