Radio: TYT TH-9800 Quad Band
OS: Ubuntu 23.04 and Windows 11 VM in VirtualBox on Ubuntu 23.04
Manufacture Date: September 2022 (If the numbers in the serial infer this)

I am getting the following errors when trying to download the image on the radio. They seem to be kind of random:

Error communicating with radio
Failed to communicate with the radio: Radio NAKed block

Error communicating with radio
Failed to communicate with the radio: Unable to communicate with the radio

Error communicating with radio
Failed to communicate with the radio: Ack failed

Things I've tried:

• I was already in the dialout group in Ubuntu.
• Factory resetting the radio.
• Restarting the radio before and after opening Chirp.
• Removing the brltty package from Ubuntu (saw this on a random post).

I am able to download and upload on a Windows 10 PC so that works as an alternative.

Chirp is not generating a debug.log file so I am unable to upload it.
