openOther Settings is Missing Most Fields for UV-5G and UV-5R

Description
In addition to the previously-reported missing Service Settings tab, all of the editable fields in Other Settings have been removed/ disabled. Any chance these settings might be made available again in the near future?

Re-installed version 20230701 and all is well. Attached is the debug log.

Yeah, please see #10505. Basically, Baofeng has started releasing radios that break when that chunk of memory is written to them, but they're using the exact same reported version as radios that don't. So we have no easy way to determine which radios are affected. In order to not break all the new radios people are buying, we've disabled the settings in that area for the time being. Work is being done to try to figure something else out, but for the moment we're choosing safety over functionality, which I hope you can understand :)

Thanks for the information. I rolled back to Chirp-next 20230701, which works fine with my radios. Hoping a resolution is found...
