Description

I am using the latest version of TravelPlus (16.0) and the CHIRP daily build of 20140121 and get an error when importing channels that add an odd split or are simplex. This is extremely common on 6-meters as the ARRL lists the input freqs for all 6-meter frequencies in the input frequency field. Typically, the offset direction is recorded there (+,-). But, When a repeater is simplex or odd split, the frequency is shown. CHIRP is not able to handle this and displays an error.
